Rolling Suds of San Diego is a growing exterior cleaning company specializing in professional window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and commercial property services throughout San Diego County.
We are looking for a motivated Lead Technician who takes pride in quality work, professionalism, and leading a crew in the field.
Window cleaning experience is strongly preferred for this role. Pressure washing and exterior cleaning can be taught to the right candidate, but we are specifically looking for someone confident with professional window cleaning techniques and customer-facing service work.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage a small crew on residential and commercial job sites
• Perform professional window cleaning using water-fed pole (WFP) and traditional methods
• Complete soft washing and pressure washing services safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work is completed to high quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers onsite
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Maintain company vehicles, hoses, tools, and equipment in organized working condition
• Complete jobsite photos and reporting using company software and mobile apps
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous professional window cleaning experience required
• Experience with water-fed pole systems preferred
• Pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience is a bonus but not required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented with pride in producing high-quality work
• Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
