Their work includes measuring spaces, removing old fixtures, installing new windows and doors, sealing and insulating openings, and ensuring everything functions properly. They also address issues like drafts or leaks and can advise on energy-efficient options. Installers need a good understanding of building codes and safety regulations to ensure secure and effective installations.

Window and Door Installers often encounter challenges such as working with non-standard openings, weather-related delays, and ensuring a precise fit to maintain energy efficiency. These issues are typically addressed by careful measurement, using specialized tools, and collaborating closely with contractors and homeowners to clarify requirements. Additionally, installers must stay updated on building codes and best practices to ensure compliance and quality workmanship.
