Installers – Any of These Trades: Roofing, Decking, Siding, Windows & Doors

As a growing and expanding company, we are actively seeking skilled installers across multiple trades. We are seeking both experienced and entry-level installers across multiple exterior remodeling disciplines, including roofing, siding, decking, and window & door installation. This role is ideal for dependable tradespeople who take pride in their work, value collaboration, and are committed to delivering exceptional results for homeowners.


Responsibilities:

  • Install exterior remodeling products according to C&L Ward standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes
  • Perform work in one of the following areas: Roofing systems, Composite decking, Windows and doors
  • Read and interpret job drawings, work orders, and installation instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members
  • Identify and report job site issues, material shortages, or installation concerns
  • Use tools and equipment safely and properly
  • Uphold C&L Ward’s quality, safety and customer service standards on every project


Qualifications:

  • Experience in one or more exterior installation trades (roofing, siding, decking, windows, or doors) preferred
  • Willingness to train and develop installation skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required


Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prior residential remodeling or construction experience
  • Crew lead or foreman experience
  • Knowledge of building codes and best practices
  • Experience working directly with homeowners
  • OSHA or safety training certifications
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a crew


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
