Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Windchill Technical Lead to provide technical and functional support for Windchill PLM. The role involves incident resolution, system administration, functional support, and customization to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Incident resolution beyond L1:- Handles issues involves PLM workflows, CAD/ERP integrations, data management.
• Technical trouble shooting:- Diagnosis issue involving issues related to operating systems, network configuration, server configuration middleware for Windchill application.
• Root cause analysis:- Identify underline causes of incidents to prevent reoccurrence
• System administration :- activities like license management, role and access management, installation and patching.
• Functional support:- Resolves problems related to functionality, e.g. with BOM management, change management
• Functional level user support and training.
• Expert level debugging and issue fixing:- Defect fixing in PLM customizations, integrations and core module implementation
• Customization and development:- Implement new features, scripts, workflows tailored to business needs.
• Technical support to system upgrades and migrations.
• Coordination with different stakeholders
• Reporting and communication
