This role blends business development, technical support, indirect sales, partner enablement, and the expansion of service offerings such as field services, shop repairs, training, and spare parts kits. Reporting to the Wind Segment Manager, the individual will be fully embedded in the Flender Corporation Sales organization and act as a bridge between regional sales, service execution, product management, and third-party service providers, the successful candidate will drive market visibility, business development, and cross-functional collaboration aligned with Flender’s long-term growth strategy.**Job Responsibilities:****Business Development Strategy & Execution** • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on Wind Generator Service solutions • Build and manage a growing pipeline of service opportunities via CRM and report monthly on sales performance and forecasts. • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to develop pricing strategies and service portfolio positioning.**Sales and Project Management:** • Meet or exceed regional generator service sales targets through indirect sales efforts and support of internal and external accounts. • Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic reporting to ensure commercial alignment with sales goals. • Support pricing, budgeting, and operational planning for new service-related initiatives.**Technical support** • After internal training, be N.
