General Job Description
AC Installers - New Construction
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply.
Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
  • Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
  • Follow blueprints and job specifications
  • Maintain quality and safety standards
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of new construction HVAC experience
  • Must have own tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Able to work independently
  • Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
  • Able to pass drug and background screenings
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
  • Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments
