Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Construction Supervisor for a position located in Rolla, North Dakota. The Construction Supervisor is responsible for planning, oversight, and coordination to ensure that all civil aspects of the wind repower project are managed effectively and comply with relevant agreements and regulations. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in the civil aspects of renewable projects, particularly wind projects. Construction Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee contractors performing civil tasks such as constructing access roads, crane pads, and turnarounds. Ensure compliance with road use agreements and other civil-related regulations.

Work with internal resources from citing and land rights to ensure all activities are properly authorized and documented. Collaborate with environmental teams to ensure that the project does not cause undue harm to infrastructure, fields, or neighboring properties. Ensure that all interactions with neighbors and stakeholders are conducted with respect and dignity, maintaining positive community relations.

Ensure that the civil work does not cause undue harm to existing infrastructure or the environment. Requirements of the Construction Supervisor: 3-7 years of experience in the civil aspects of renewable projects, particularly wind projects. This includes tasks such as temporary road construction, road removal, ground decompaction, and restoration.

Familiarity with road use agreements and compliance with civil-related regulations. Experience with crane setups and takedowns, ensuring that the civil works support the stability and safety of the cranes. Ability to oversee contractors, manage daily planning and meetings, and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

Proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, and logistics software A valid Driver's License is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
