Financial Services Representative (Investments & Retirement)

At Clint Wilson State Farm, you'll help families make confident decisions about retirement, investments, and protection while receiving coaching, mentorship, and a clear path for growth. This role is designed for someone who wants to become an elite financial professional and potentially grow into agency leadership or even become a State Farm Agent.

What You'll Do:
  • Meet with approximately two clients per day.
  • Identify retirement and investment opportunities within our existing customer base.
  • Coach teammates to uncover financial services opportunities.
  • Develop relationships that lead to referrals and networking opportunities.
  • Provide guidance on IRAs, Roth IRAs, advisory accounts, mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, and disability insurance.
  • Maintain long-term relationships through ongoing financial reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Life & Health insurance license required.
  • Ability to obtain SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.
  • Existing securities licenses preferred.
  • Property & Casualty license helpful but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, integrity, and a growth mindset.
