We are looking for a Licensed Cosmetologist to join our Willow Lawn team as a full-time stylist and Assistant Manager. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children and families, enjoys a positive team environment, and is ready for a leadership position with hands-on responsibilities.
This is a dual role. You will be cutting hair full-time while assistant manager duties will be handled throughout the day. Our salon focuses on creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all children, including those with autism, sensory sensitivities, and anxiety. Patience, kindness, and professionalism are essential.
What You'll Do:
  • Provide high-quality haircuts and services for children and families
  • Create a warm, friendly salon experience for every guest
  • Support parents and children with additional needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Assist the regional manager with daily operations as needed
  • Support the regional manager with inventory, ordering supplies, and retail restock (not solely responsible)
  • Help with onboarding, training support, and team coordination
  • Step in at the front desk when needed
