Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while still enabling strong team collaboration through virtual meetings and ongoing consultations.   • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique psychiatric and emotional needs of each patient.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, to effectively manage complex geriatric psychiatric conditions.
  • Engage in collaborative care with geriatric psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient treatment.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support in mental health emergencies, tailoring responses to individual patient needs.
