Willow Creek Community Church is seeking a Part-Time Willow Espanol Pastor (20 hrs/WK) to provide pastoral leadership for our growing Spanish-speaking community at our South Lake Campus. This is an opportunity to shepherd people, develop leaders, and help build a thriving, multicultural church where everyone can encounter Jesus and find belonging.


As the Willow Espanol Pastor, you'll cast vision, lead weekend services, provide pastoral care, and invest in volunteers while partnering with campus leadership to unite our church around one mission: helping people take their next step with Jesus.


What You'll Do
  • Lead and shepherd the Willow Espanol congregation through pastoral care and Sunday gatherings.
  • Cast vision and build a healthy, Christ-centered ministry aligned with Willow's mission.
  • Develop and equip volunteer leaders and small group leaders.
  • Build bridges across ministries and campuses as we become one multicultural church.
  • Perform pastoral responsibilities including prayer, baptisms, weddings, funerals, and other ministry opportunities as needed.
