Position Summary: Individual supports retail center activity through assisting customer walk-ins, customer will call orders processing and returns processing.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

List the essential job duties that are specific to the position.

•            Greet customers entering will call area.

•            Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

•            Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.

•            Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators and cash registers.

•            Process merchandise returns and exchanges.

•            Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties.

•            Receive, verify, and store incoming material orders; pick required quantity of material for customer processing or staging.

•            Cycle-count all parts bins as needed.

•            Stage material in proper location for pick-up/shipment and/or loads on trailer.

•            Communicate effectively with others within and outside the work group.

•            Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience being able to look up parts by VIN is a giant plus
High attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills.

Education and Experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Years of Experience Required: 1 to 2 years

Experience required in: Customer facing role and warehouse order selecting.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Physical Requirement’s:

  • The ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly. 3 to 6 hours per day
  • The ability to lift to 80 pounds regularly, 3 to 6 hours per day.
  • The ability to squat, bend or stoop on a regular basis. 3 to 6 hours per day
  • Move about the warehouse order to retrieve parts 1 to 4 hours per day
