Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
  • Support the Team: You’ll work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems. Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, termite inspections, Crawlspace Services & Wildlife services.
  • Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
    • Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
    • Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
    • Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
    • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
  • Crawlspace Duties: Handle the day-to-day operations of your route with excellent time management skills.
    • Complete Exterior and Interior inspections of the crawlspace, before and after work is completed. 
    • Ensure Completion of documentation and work comply with Northwest Standard
  • Customer Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Work Safely and Efficiently: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
  • Collaborate for Excellence: Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary!
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Able to lift and move ladders larger than 32 foot, and climb 60 feet 
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
