Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems with your hands, and helping homeowners and businesses resolve nuisance wildlife issues? We are looking for a motivated and dependable Nuisance Animal Operator to join our growing team in Cincinnati.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who like physical, hands-on work and take pride in delivering high-quality wildlife control and exclusion services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for wildlife activity (including roofs, attics, crawlspaces, gable vents, soffits, and gutter lines)
- Trap and safely remove nuisance animals such as squirrels, birds, raccoons, and more
- Perform professional exclusion work โ sealing entry points and making structural repairs to prevent future animal intrusion
- Set, monitor, and manage traps and bait stations
- Complete detailed service reports and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Follow all state and local wildlife regulations
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment
Qualifications:
- Valid driverโs license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably in outdoor environments
- Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience:
- Previous wildlife control or pest management experience
- Construction, roofing, or handyman background strongly preferred โ experience with home sealing, carpentry, and working in attics and on ladders is a big plus
- Familiarity working with gable vents, soffits, gutter lines, and other common wildlife entry areas
