This is a professional position sharing in the work of a committed team working in the Bureau of Home Care and Rehabilitative Standards, which oversees regulatory programs that include Home Health, Hospice, Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics, Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabiliation Facilities, Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care Facilities. This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills. The applicant should be highly organized and detail-oriented.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
Responsibilities - What you'll do
- Maintain the licensure of entities regulated by the Bureau
- Oversee the initial certification/licensure process for newly enrolling providers
- Enter data updates of regulated entities and maintain the electronic retention of documentation
- Monitor the Deeming status of providers by various accrediting organizations
- Triage phone calls and emails and refer to management as needed, and provide consultation to regulated entities regarding state and federal regulations
- Assist in work assignments and other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
