Job description

Location: Fort Worth, TX 76119
Start Date: ASAP
Helper Rate: $16.66 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and physically capable helperr to assist a senior client, who uses a wheelchair. She is able to stand independently for short periods but cannot remain standing for long. The helper will provide support with mobility, transfers, and personal care.

Care Responsibilities

  • Assist with walking and mobility support
  • Perform safe lifting and transfers using a gait belt
  • Assist with bathing and dressing
  • Ensure safety during transfers and mobility
  • Provide respectful and supportive care

Schedule

  • 3 days per week
  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 4 hours per shift

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience with lifting, transfers, and gait belt use
  • Physically capable of assisting a larger client safely
  • Patient, attentive, and reliable

This role is best suited for a caregiver experienced with wheelchair transfers and gait belt assistance who can provide safe and confident mobility support.
