RN/LPN HOME HEALTH POSITION 
Professional Home Care Services is seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a Home Health position in Portland, Oregon. PHCS is an established privately owned healthcare business that is solely for one adult male quadriplegic/ventilator dependent patient. 
At PHCS we are looking for a friendly member to join our wonderful staff! The nurse has a private office space in the patients/family’s beautiful welcoming home. 
Patient enjoys a social lifestyle with family and friends, dining out, sporting events and running errands in his wheelchair friendly van. *On the job training is provided* 
 
·         12-hour shifts (variable shifts available) 
·         Full-time and part-time positions open 
·         Competitive wages 
o   LPN $30 – $37 DOE 
o   RN $45 - $55 DOE 
·         Benefits include: health/dental/vision insurance, 401k match, vacation and sick time 
 
Job Description: Patient care includes - Primary care, medication administration, respiratory care, assisting patient with ADL’S (CNA there to assist with morning care), administrative work, driving patient to appointments (company owned van), transferring to and from wheelchair via overhead hoyer lift, wound care (if needed). 
 
Qualifications: 
·         Current OSBN nursing license 
·         Valid driver’s license 
·         Current CPR certification 
·         Excellent organizational and communication skills 
·         Nursing experience preferred 
·         Ventilator experience is a plus
