The Camesi Agency is a rapidly growing brokerage that helps families protect their financial futures. This opportunity is localized to Raleigh, North Carolina; the position is fully remote and candidates should be able to work Eastern Time hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
  • Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
  • Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to refine skills and product knowledge.
  • Mentor and support newer team members as you progress into leadership roles.

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently; able to work Eastern Time hours.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
