What are some common challenges faced by employees in a work-from-home weekend role and how can they be managed?

Working from home on weekends often requires strong self-discipline and time management, as separating work from personal time can be challenging. Employees may also face limited access to immediate support from colleagues or supervisors compared to traditional weekday hours. To manage these challenges, it’s helpful to establish a dedicated workspace, set clear boundaries with household members, and use online communication tools to stay connected with your team. Regularly scheduled check-ins and clear task lists can also help maintain productivity and a healthy work-life balance.
