As we continue to expand, we're looking for individuals who are motivated, dependable, and enjoy working with people.
What You'll Do
You'll connect with families who are eligible for benefits and walk them through their options in a clear, straightforward way. This role is fully remote and focused on delivering a smooth, professional client experience.

  • Meet with clients over Zoom to review available benefits
  • Accurately complete and manage all documentation
  • Maintain ongoing communication and follow-ups with clients
  • Work with your team to improve efficiency and overall service
