LIAL is looking for a Wet Chemistry Analyst capable of conducting a variety of laboratory procedures in accordance with EPA Methodologies and NYSDOH ELAP Certified Standard Operating Procedures. Applicants are expected to have a basic chemistry knowledge, have the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented. Lab practices will include but not be limited to acid digestions, titration analyses, spectrometry analyses and gravimetric analyses.
The position is a 40-hour full time job, 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Applicants who wish to start earlier than 9:00 a.m. must request this at the interview. The position is salary and includes a 401K benefits package with employer matching after 6 months of employment.
