• Professionally assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to design individualized treatment plans aimed at recovery from injury, disease, or surgery.
• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and the use of rehabilitation equipment to improve patients' mobility and alleviate pain.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment protocols, and the correct use of assistive devices to encourage autonomy and self-management in their rehabilitation journey.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and share insights regarding patient developments.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending workshops, engaging in networking opportunities, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of conditions, from pediatric to geriatric clients. As a Physical Therapist with Westminster Care, you will treat individuals recovering from surgeries, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Providing personalized attention to each patient helps to optimize recovery and support their long-term health goals.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Basic proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• Current CPR certification.
• Adaptability and a positive outlook to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in developing treatment plans and implementing rehabilitation strategies for diverse patient populations.
• Participation in continuing education related to physical therapy practices and developments.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
