Complex Director of Revenue Management- REMOTE
Supporting The Westin San Francisco Airport & Aloft San Francisco Airport
Are you a data-driven strategist who thrives on uncovering opportunities, maximizing revenue, and influencing business results? Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Complex Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue strategy for two dynamic airport hotels: The Westin San Francisco Airport and Aloft San Francisco Airport.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for driving top-line performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution optimization. Working closely with hotel leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will develop and execute revenue strategies that position both properties for long-term success in a competitive market.
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Lead all revenue management efforts for a two-hotel complex, driving RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance.
โ€ข Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
โ€ข Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
โ€ข Utilize industry-leading revenue management systems and forecasting tools to optimize business decisions.
โ€ข Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted promotions, group strategies, and market initiatives.
โ€ข Facilitate regular revenue strategy meetings and provide actionable insights to property leadership.
โ€ข Monitor performance against budget and forecast, adjusting strategies as market conditions evolve.
โ€ข Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve results.
What You'll Bring:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
โ€ข Minimum of 3 years of hotel revenue management experience, preferably within full-service or multi-property environments.
โ€ข Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
โ€ข Strong understanding of hotel sales, distribution channels, market segmentation, and demand generation strategies.
โ€ข Experience with hotel revenue management systems and hospitality technology platforms.
โ€ข Advanced analytical, forecasting, and financial acumen.
โ€ข Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
โ€ข Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
โ€ข 3 years+ years experience in Revenue Management position.
โ€ข Previous supervisory/managerial experience.
โ€ข Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with the public as well as other team members.
โ€ข Strong understanding of hotel sales and hotel distribution sources and strategies.
โ€ข Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems.
โ€ข Essential statistical and analytical skills required to identify revenue opportunities and shortfalls.
โ€ข Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals.
โ€ข Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment.
