Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Land department team. The Land Department Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our land department's activities, ensuring efficient operations and the successful execution of our daily functions.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the land department team, including organizing and maintaining files, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Assist in preparing and organizing relevant documentation, completing forms, and facilitating coordination with other departments.

Capture data accurately and promptly into relevant databases, while cross-referencing documents for consistency.

Facilitate the process of securing construction loans with our financial institutions.

Maintain precise records and documentation related to lot acquisition and development projects.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Possess strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering professional interactions with colleagues and external partners.

Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Display self-motivation and proactivity, coupled with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
