  • Partner with customer service, technical support, marketing, product management, and operations to resolve issues and deliver a consistent customer experience.
  • Represent Draper at Home at industry tradeshows and regional events.

  • Represent Draper with professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and a commitment to long-term customer partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Required to live within the territory to be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of successful sales or account-management experience; experience in window treatments, residential shading, building products, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships, grow a territory, and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with dealers, customers, and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer activity, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Comfort presenting to groups and conducting product demonstrations or training sessions.
  • Working knowledge of basic wiring, voltage, electrical principles, and motorized shade or control-system applications is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including occasional overnight stays and participation in customer or industry events.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to reside within the assigned territory with reasonable access to a major airport.
