SGM is seeking a full-time Subsurface Utility Engineering Project Manager / Team Lead in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
This is a unique opportunity to lead SGM's SUE practice, grow and develop a team, and establish yourself as a market-leading expert in the SUE field. JOB DUTIES: Lead, develop, and grow the SUE team including oversight and responsibility for the team's professional development, workload management, and overall employee experience. Act as subject-matter-expert for geophysical tools and methods for SUE work, ensuring projects meet Colorado SUE law. Offer significant technical and creative input during concept development and review phases of projects. Provide oversight and QAQC on SUE projects and deliverables.
Expand SGM's footprint in the market by leading the production of business development plans and proposals. Be a pro-active client service manager, ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality service. Team with Business Sector Leader to establish, communicate, and track financial goals.
