Role: Scale House Attendant (FT).

Scale House Schedule:
  • 4 day work week.
  • Monday, Thursday, Friday: Henderson Location 6am-5pm.
  • Sat: Nellis Location 5am-5pm.
  • Tues and Wed- Off.
  • For anyone looking for OVERTIME, This job is for you.

Spanish speaking is very helpful in communicating with our amazing customers.

Job Details:
  • The Scale House Attendant serves as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste at a Western Elite Facility.
  • They calculate payments, checks loads, and ensure the safety of the customer and other employees through observation of safety rules and regulations.
  • 2 years customer service experience and cash handling experience preferred.
  • They will document the waste entering the facility, utilizing truck scales and computer systems, while notifying operations of special waste or other incoming special loads.
  • A Western Elite Scale House Attendant must be able to diffuse situations professionally, work in a very fast-paced environment, efficiently process required paperwork, and perform other required duties as necessary.
