The company manages a portfolio of approximately 42,000 apartment units.
OPPORTUNITY: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PALO ALTO, CA

**DAYS REQUIRED: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**

 Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced administrative professional for our beautiful 628-unit community, Stanford West! This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in the property management industry!

Duties include but aren't limited to:

  • greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate staff person
  • answers telephone calls, takes, retrieves, and communicates messages
  • records and distributes service order requests
  • sorts and distributes mail; assists in creating and distributing resident communications
  • maintains appropriate logs and data input.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated sales and customer service experience and strong administrative background is a must.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.

Salary range is $28.00-$30.00/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
