Wellsite Leaders are experienced professionals responsible for supervising drilling, completion, and workover operations at oil and gas well sites. They act as the primary onsite representative for the operating company, ensuring that all activities comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Wellsite Leaders coordinate between various contractors and service companies, manage onsite personnel, and report progress to company management.
