Job description

Wellness Coordinator – The Joint Chiropractic

Part-Time & Full-Time | $16–$20/hr (based on performance)

Do you light up a room when you walk in? Do you love chiropractic care and want to share that passion with your community every single day?

We're looking for a warm, energetic, and people-loving Wellness Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our clinic. You'll be the first face patients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the reason they keep coming back. If you genuinely believe in the power of chiropractic wellness — and ideally live it yourself — this role was made for you.

What You'll Do

You'll help people take control of their health by connecting them with affordable, membership-based chiropractic care. That means:

  • Welcoming every patient with genuine enthusiasm and warmth
  • Presenting and enrolling patients in wellness memberships and care plans
  • Educating the community on the benefits of regular chiropractic care
  • Managing patient flow and keeping the clinic running smoothly
  • Answering phones and following up with inactive members
  • Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and inviting
  • Participating in local outreach and marketing events
  • Creating and posting regular social media content — reels, photos, and graphics (Canva experience a plus!) to grow our clinic's presence and connect with the community
  • Sharing your own chiropractic story — your personal experience is your best sales tool!

What We're Looking For

  • A bubbly, outgoing personality — you make people feel at ease instantly
  • A passion for health and wellness — bonus if you're already a chiropractic patient!
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a big plus — we serve a diverse community and want to make everyone feel welcome
  • Social media savvy — comfortable shooting short videos, taking photos, and creating eye-catching content using tools like Canva or similar platforms
  • At least 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience
  • Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine desire to serve your community and help people feel their best

What You'll Earn & Enjoy

  • $16–$20/hour, with your productivity and sales performance driving the higher end
  • Bonus potential for hitting membership goals
  • Free adjustments at your home clinic — we want you to experience the care you're sharing with others
  • Discounted adjustments at any of our 700+ locations nationwide — whether you're traveling or visiting family, your wellness comes with you
  • Flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time openings)

This position is with a franchisee of The Joint Corp. The franchisee is your employer and sets all terms of employment.

Apply today and bring your energy, your story, and your smile — we'd love to meet you.
