Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to align with business goals and elevate Wellness Research & Consulting’s digital presence.

  • Manage content creation across channels, including blogs, newsletters, social media, videos, and educational materials, ensuring consistency and quality.

  • Optimize content for SEO and engagement to boost organic reach and audience interaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and creative teams to integrate content into campaigns and maintain alignment with Dr. Sears’ brand vision.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to refine strategies and maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in content management, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally in health, wellness, or direct-to-consumer industries.

  • Skills:

    • Proven expertise in content strategy, creation, and SEO optimization.

    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to capture a trusted brand voice.

    • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

    • Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attributes: Creative, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about advancing wellness through education.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Performance Expectations

As the Content Manager, you’ll be expected to:

  • Produce high-quality content regularly to drive brand engagement and growth.

  • Increase website traffic and audience interaction through strategic content initiatives.

  • Enhance SEO performance to improve organic reach and visibility.

  • Drive conversions through compelling, data-driven content campaigns.
Specific performance targets (e.g., content volume, traffic growth) will be tailored during onboarding to align with your expertise and our growth objectives.
