 Wellness Director 


We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wellness Director to lead and enhance the wellness and health programs at our assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of geriatric care, and a passion for promoting the well-being of our residents.


1. Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate wellness programs that address the physical, mental, and emotional health needs of residents.

2. Resident Care Coordination: Oversee the development and monitoring of personalized care plans, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

3. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of wellness professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a motivated and capable staff.

4. Health Assessment:Conduct comprehensive health assessments for new residents and regularly review ongoing health and wellness plans.

5. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with healthcare providers, families, and residents to ensure open communication and continuity of care.

6. Education & Training: Organize and present educational workshops for residents and staff on topics such as nutrition, fitness, and health management.

7. Quality Assurance:*Monitor the effectiveness of wellness services and make necessary adjustments to improve the quality of care and resident satisfaction.
