We're hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in the Dillon, MT community since 2023.


Role: Program Director - RN required (This position will have 2 direct reports.) 

Location: Dillon, Montana 

Setting: Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP)

Population: Older Adults, Ages 65+

Salary: Up to $90,000 / year, dependent upon experience

Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) (Note: No Call / No Weekends) 


You'll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults! 



Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
  • Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
  • Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
  • Growing and maintaining patient census
  • Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.



Requirements

  • Registered Nurse in the state of practice required
  • Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
  • Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
  • Work with kindness and accountability to enhance the quality of life for our patients. required
