We are currently expanding our team at Degree Wellness Keller and seeking a qualified Sales Representative that is focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our Degree Wellness community.
POSITION:
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative with a passion for leadership in wellness and client care. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through innovative sales strategies, build lasting client relationships, and lead initiatives that promote health and well-being. As a key member of our team, you will engage in outside sales activities, manage accounts, and develop new business opportunities.
Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position requires availability to work some weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
- Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage in outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories, focusing on wellness and client care products or services
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close sales
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services to current or prospective members
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients
- Attend and complete all relative training programs
- Participate in sales management meetings to review performance metrics, analyze market trends, and refine sales strategies
- Take pictures for social media platforms
- Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION AND PERKS:
- Competitive base rate Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
