They assist clients with wellness programs, provide information on health products or services, and sometimes lead wellness-related activities or classes. Their role may include customer service, education, and administrative duties, all aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles. Wellness Associates often work as part of a team to ensure a positive and supportive environment for clients.

Collaboration may involve coordinating health screenings, planning wellness workshops, and communicating resources to staff. They also gather feedback from employees and work with team leads to tailor initiatives that best fit the company's culture. This cross-functional teamwork ensures that wellness programs are accessible, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
