OFS Field Operations | Flowback

Force Pressure Control is seeking professional, safety-oriented field personnel who have full cycle experience operating surface pressure control and separation equipment (e.g. pressure control manifolds, multi-phase separators, sand management equipment, line heaters, flare systems, and other surface flowback equipment. Adjusting to wellsite conditions and troubleshooting equipment to optimize performance is valued.


Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years of senior working background in flowback operations and be highly competent regarding well testing and production operations as well pre-operations rig up and post-operations rig down. Competency in other well completions operations is valued.


Candidates will be expected to submit regularly-scheduled site condition reports. Working proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required. 


Local candidates preferred (Permian). Out-of-area candidates will also be considered.


The Flowback Service Operator position is a full time, non-exempt position. Hourly pay rate commensurate with experience. Total compensation package includes paid time off / paid holiday schedule, health / medical / ancillary benefits, and 401(k) retirement plan sponsorship.
