M Chest Pharmacy is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician II (Inventory) to join our growing closed-door Long-Term Care Pharmacy in Sulphur Springs, Texas. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy inventory management, problem-solving, and collaborating with multiple departments to help ensure medications are available when needed.

Join a closed-door Long-Term Care Pharmacy dedicated to supporting the medication needs of patients and healthcare facilities throughout Texas.

Schedule

Schedule is flexible based on business needs and candidate availability within pharmacy operating hours:

  • Monday โ€“ Friday: 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM
  • Saturday โ€“ Sunday: 8:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM
Pay amp; Growth Opportunities

Starting pay range: $18.10 - $19.02 per hour, based on experience.

Additional earning potential through competency-based pay differentials within 90 days based on demonstrated performance and competency, as well as additional pay opportunities for IV-certified Pharmacy Technicians.

What You'll Do
  • Process NDC changes for Production and Dosis

  • Work with Excel spreadsheets daily
  • Communicate effectively through phone calls, Microsoft Teams chats, and email
  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Process credits, returns, and vendor returns
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Rotate stock and monitor for expired medications
  • Work alongside other departments to support daily operational needs
  • Assist with Production duties as needed
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Lift and move boxes as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
  • Active and verifiable Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing (Required)
  • Experience working with inventory
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds
  • Valid driver's license (Required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective active listening and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions
