Body Shop Technician – Join a Winning Team Committed to Excellence

At Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis, we’re always looking to add top talent to our growing, high-performing Collision Center.
If you’re a highly skilled Body Shop Technician who takes pride in quality repairs, has a strong work ethic, and wants to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking shop — we want to meet you.


Key Responsibilities:

Execute precise collision repairs including structural, metal, and panel replacement

Disassemble/reassemble vehicles per repair plan and OEM guidelines

Perform frame measurements and straightening

Work closely with painters, estimators, and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized bay

Uphold our standard of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction


Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in body repair (preferred)

Knowledge of frame machines, welding, and modern repair tools

Strong understanding of OEM procedures and industry best practices

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications (preferred but not required)

A team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
