ย Falls of Neuse Management is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Processor in Raleigh, NC.ย  The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely input and processing of all assigned vendor/location invoices.ย 
Responsibilities:ย 
  • Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match)
  • Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices
  • Comply with payment deadlines to ensure that all available discounts are taken
  • Review and resolve past due invoices or credit balances from vendor statements
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal/external customers
  • Other duties as assigned

ย Qualifications:
  • Requires high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Proficiency in the use of Windows based software, especially Excel
  • Experience with Great Plains software a definite plus
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
