Job description:

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and hard working team member to support our team in various event set up & breakdowns. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess an exceptionally positive attitude. The helper will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of high end weddings, galas, corporate events, and more, while providing high-level support to executives and team members. Warehouse hours are available for dedicated prospects. Part time/Full time positions available.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with setting up events on-site at luxury venues
  • Carefully navigate carts carrying expensive and delicate event decor and floral arrangements.
  • Set up a variety of props, vases, florals, linens, and tables
  • Breakdown all event décor after the event concludes
Requirements
  • Willingness to assist executive team members during set up and breakdown
  • Available schedule during season (October - May)
  • Ability to work quickly in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
  • Maintain a Clean and Professional appearance on-site at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Weekend, Holiday, and Night availability is required
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
