Program PLC on welding automation manufacturing equipment

Cost Justification of Refurbishment/Expansion Projects

Procurement of equipment

Coordinate maintenance and repair of welding equipment

Establishes welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel relating to specification restrictions

Evaluates new developments in welding field for possible application to current welding problems or production processes

Develop the process and gain control of welding, specifically laser welding and spot welding

       


Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience     

Laser Welding, and/or Welding Automation Equipment knowledge

Automotive or automotive supplier manufacturing experience a plus

Knowledge of Low and/or High Volume welders a plus
