Role Scope
  • Run a fabrication shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour.
  • Lead operators and welders directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
  • Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.
  • Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, lockout-tagout respected, 5S held.
