Apprenticeship Program Details:

  • This is a paid apprenticeship that is tailored to emerging talent. This will not satisfy the requirements of state licenses.
  • The pay rate for this role starts out at $21.87 and continues to increase throughout the program—and did we mention we have plenty of snacks?!
  • We will be investing in your future through a tuition reimbursement program during the apprenticeship
  • Requires a 1.5-year, full-time commitment starting May 2026.
  • Your journey with us will include a full onboarding and professional development including executive exposure, networking events, and community activities
  • This role is located in Cary, North Carolina and must be completed fully onsite

  • Student must be eligible for enrollment at an accredited community college/ trade school and available for a 1.5 year full-time commitment starting May 2026

  • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
  • A desire to improve the place you work
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
