Job description

NIGHT SHIFT MIG WELDER
Automation Personnel Services is seeking Night shift MIG Welders for a Steel Manufacturing customer in Ringgold, GA. In this role, you will operate various machinery and equipment listed below. Positions are full-time temporary to hire.
 
Pay Rate 
Night shift: $21.00 per hour 
 
Shift and Schedule
Night Shift: 6:00pm-4:30am Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays when needed
 
Night shift MIG Welder Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee welding line production
• Prepare material s and perform welds to provided specs
• Read blueprints for measurement specifications and builds
• Grinding of welds as needed
• Perform quality control checks on finished products, ensuring they meet specified standards and dimensions
 
Night shift MIG Welder Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
• Basic reading and math skills
• MUST be able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch
• Experience MIG welding required
• TIG experience a plus
