These jobs can be found in construction, manufacturing, repair shops, or as part of emergency and on-call services. Weekend welding may offer higher hourly pay due to the non-traditional hours and sometimes provides more flexibility for individuals balancing other commitments during the week. The work typically involves joining metal parts, repairing equipment, or fabricating structures using various welding techniques. Employers may seek experienced welders who can work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
