Construction Apprentice

When Things Go Wrong, We Do What's Right
At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, storm, and other property damage.
Once the emergency work is complete, our reconstruction team puts things back together the right way. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, wants to learn the construction trades, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
This is a hands-on position with a clear path into the skilled trades.
What You'll Do
Perform demolition of damaged building materials including drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim, and insulation
Assist with residential and commercial reconstruction projects
Install drywall, tape, texture, and prepare surfaces for paint
Perform finish carpentry including trim, baseboard, doors, hardware, and cabinetry
Assist with flooring installation including LVP, laminate, tile, and carpet preparation
Perform framing, blocking, and general carpentry work
Complete punch-list items and final project details
Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
Follow company safety standards and quality expectations

Comfortable using hand and power tools
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work daily
