Welders Helpers are support workers who assist welders with tasks such as preparing materials, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized work area. They might transport materials, hold or position parts, and clean workpieces before or after welding. Their role is crucial for improving productivity and safety on welding projects, and they often work in construction, manufacturing, or repair shops.
