Hollingshead Mixer Company manufactures the highest quality, longest lasting, front discharge concrete mixing trucks, while providing the highest level of customer service in the industry.
We are currently looking for hard-working, self-motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our team of Welder / Fabricators. If you like working with your hands and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career experience, we invite you to submit your application.
Job Requirements include:
  • Working with various elements of steel fabrication and welding
  • Required to perform assigned tasks with a high degree of quality and efficiency.
  • Must have a working knowledge of metal materials and mechanical aptitude.
  • Safe use of both hand and power tools.
  • Have a valid driver's license and a solid attendance record.
  • Pass a welding test and own a welding helmet.
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely, read a tape measure, work on multiple projects at a time, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by actions, communicating and teamwork.
  • Follow all safe work practices.
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen and a background check

Experience:
  • 2-3 years MIG welding and or fabrication experience
  • Prior carbon steel welding, grinding, and cutting experience.
  • Welding certificates a plus but not required.
  • Component assembly, operating metal fabrication equipment including saws, drills, and grinders that are associated with steel fabrication to meet end-use design requirement.
