Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team at Graber Manufacturing, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in both MIG and TIG welding processes, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality welds.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components to meet project specifications.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, completeness, and structural integrity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding techniques.
  • 1-3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Proficient in the use of welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welding machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to welding.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Work Environment:
The majority of work will be performed in a manufacturing facility with noise levels typical to that environment.
