Red Ball Oxygen Co., Inc. is a privately owned distributor of Industrial, Specialty, and Medical Gases, welding and industrial equipment, and safety supplies. We have 22 retail operations in Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas, with packaged gas production capabilities in Shreveport, LA, Geismar, LA, Dallas/Fort Worth, TX and Houston, TX. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
An inside sales representative for Red Ball Oxygen provides effective internal and telephone customer sales and service activities. To ensure that the store location is adequately stocked with required product lines and aid customers in identifying product needs and proper product application. Effectively work with customers in identifying product needs or application. Exhibit willingness to serve our customers in a professional and timely manner. Able to work in varied weather conditions and business location. Can arrive at rational and logical decision concerning return of defective products, customer credit issues, or other customer/sales related problems. May be required to lift or transport products or materials weighing up to 100 pounds. Other duties include working in the warehouse as needed.
